Performance is a huge part of being a musician, but we believe it is a firm grasp of musical language that opens up the door to achieving your full potential. Our goal is to aid the development of articulate, accomplished musicians, and the Music Theory resources have been specifically designed with this in mind.

• Comprehensive and carefully incremented approach to the technical language of music, supported by approachable workbooks and exercises'.

 

• Gain a solid foundation in music literacy: the conventions of Western music notation, melody, rhythm, harmony, Band Knowledge and Band Analysis .

• Build your knowledge of music history, as well as form and instrumental capabilities

• Complement and enhance your practical instrumental or vocal studies.

 

We do encourage students to face theory grade exams which are certified by Trinity College London and Rock School London (RSL).
